1. The service
CalNote AI is an iOS app that records audio you choose, produces an AI-generated transcript and notes, and exports them to destinations you select. AI output can contain errors. Review notes before relying on them for decisions, commitments, or records.
2. Your responsibilities
- Record only where you have the right to do so, and obtain consent from participants where the law requires it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to process content you are not permitted to share with third-party processors.
- Keep your device and any connected accounts (such as Notion) secure.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- Free: 60 transcription minutes per calendar month and one export destination.
- Pro: 1,200 transcription minutes per calendar month, all export destinations, and priority processing. Offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Unused minutes do not roll over. Minutes are counted by the length of audio submitted for transcription.
- Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
4. Fair use and limits
To keep the service available for everyone, we may apply temporary service-wide capacity limits. Audio longer than 3 hours 50 minutes per recording is not supported; start a new recording for longer meetings.
5. Availability and changes
We may change features, limits, or pricing with notice in the app or on this page. We may suspend or discontinue the service; active subscriptions will be handled according to Apple's refund policies.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost recordings, inaccurate transcripts or notes, or consequences of relying on AI output. Keep your own backups of important notes via export.
